3. ROI-Guaranteed Service and Refund Policy

Certain programs, such as the Medical Authority program and customized Growth Ecosystem programs, are offered with an ROI-based 100% money-back guarantee, as specifically outlined in your individual service agreement.

• Guarantee Metrics: The guarantee is based on achieving specific, measurable outcomes (e.g., 3x patient inquiries, or custom ROI objectives) within a defined timeframe, as detailed in your contract.

4. User Responsibilities

To successfully implement the authority strategy, the user agrees to:

3. Adhere to the agreed-upon strategies and frameworks provided by Pro Growth Insider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Pro Growth Insider for your personal brand (e.g., ghostwritten books, strategic positioning frameworks, content templates) remains your intellectual property upon final payment. However, the underlying methodologies, processes, and systems (including the 7-division integrated ecosystem) are the exclusive property of Pro Growth Insider.
