How the Process Works
This is a curated consulting practice, not an open calendar. Here's what to expect:
Submit Application + Deposit
Fill out a detailed application explaining your business, challenge, and what you've tried. Pay the refundable deposit (₹5K for Clarity Call, ₹25K for Intensive). This filters out tire-kickers and ensures you're serious.
Review & Decision (Within 7 Days)
I personally review all applications once per week. If you're approved, you get the private booking link and your deposit adjusts to the session fee. If not the right fit, you receive a full refund within 48 hours plus redirection to better resources.
Pre-Session Deep Dive
Once approved, you submit detailed context materials (P&L, org charts, current strategy docs). The more I understand before we speak, the more precise and valuable our time together becomes.
The Session(s) + Deliverables
We dive deep into your specific situation. No generic advice—only strategic insights tailored to your business, market position, and capabilities. You receive recordings and (for Intensive clients) a written strategic document.
