Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Application Deposits

Refund Eligibility: If your application for a Clarity Call or Strategic Intensive is rejected by our team, your deposit will be refunded in full (100%) within 5-7 business days.

2. Cancellations by You

If you are approved but choose to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
